Please Use the original MIDI files of
http://www.tadpoletunes.com/ in MyTuneBook for your pleasure.
Be aware, I (the webmaster of mysongbook.de) have moved the contents of mytunebook.de to
http://mysongbook.de/mtb/ - please update your bookmarks
Attention: http://www.tadpoletunes.com is not a subdomain of Mytunebook at
http://mysongbook.de/mtb/, - but it is part of the contents on my site at
http://mysongbook.de/mtb/.
This site reflects the work of my dear friend
Ron Clarke in Australia. He has done a lot of work for me to offer and host his unknown midifiles on my page in Germany under European copyright restrictions. We expect that you will follow our guidelines below when using our MIDI files:
The MIDI files sequenced by © Ron Clarke are not in the the public domain ! Though most of the tunes (melodies and/or lyrics) are public domain, the
arrangements and the MIDI sequences themselves are not. Where tunes are copyright to others, we have permission from the author
to include them on this site. However, if an author wants his work to be removed -
drop me a line !
Ron has added: The only restriction I would insist on is that if any of my own original (Tadpole) tunes are used in a way that would normally attract royalties, such as commercial recordings, film or TV soundtrack, music for computer games, etc., then
WE NEED TO TALK FIRST !
Without asking permission you may...
You may NOT...
- Distribute or re-post altered versions of these MIDI sequences.
- Sell or charge a fee for the use of these MIDI files.
- Transform and repost / redistribute these MIDI files as karaoke (.kar) files.
- Publish these sequences either in electronic (e.g., CD) or hard copy form.
- Do not claim them as your own work
- You may not copy this site in whole or in part to your website without permission from Ron Clarke and Henry Kochlin
-
You must not link directly to the MIDI file from THIS site !!!
Warning: The names and URLs of the contents on this website are subject to change without notice.
Do not link directly to any of the content files.
I am sorry about the following restrictions:
I have a wide - but LIMITED amount of www-bandwidth and I pay for it for my own use. I was finding an increasing number of people linking directly to the MIDI files at this site. To do so is unfair - it is ME ! who must pay for any hit on my site used to attract someone to (your) hopepage with no acknowledgment or support of my and Ron's work !
You must download the zip-file(s) to your personal computer and upload the file you need to your own website. This means you must use your own space to store the MIDI files to be accessed by others. If you do so, please bear in mind any person who uses the MIDI file at YOUR site, means one less may see it on MY site. It's OK, but honestly there is no reason to fill any webspace with doubled and doubled and doubled contents - the best way to share our webservices with you is that you will set a simple link to
MIDI files from http://mysongbook.de/mtb/startune.html sequenced by © Ron Clarke
Thank you, thats all - to get all.
Anyway : YOU MUST INSTALL A LINK to
MIDI files from http://mysongbook.de/mtb/startune.html sequenced by © Ron Clarke
to use any MIDI file from our site !
We recommend that you restrict your use to some of the files but not the entire collection. Otherwise all you
are trying to accomplish is to attract visitor traffic away from this site (which is selected and
authorised by Ron Clarke to host and use his MIDI files).
It is clearly stated on Ron's pages that the MIDIs may be used without charge "for non-commercial" websites ONLY ! If you are
also running a "shop" on your site or your domain extension is named as '.com'
we assume it is "commercial" and you are not allowed to use the MIDIs on your site even as a direct link in your index-pages !
Please keep your site clean of business activities - if not - please remove any
direct link to our MIDI files. Or contact us at Tadpole Tunes first.
However; You are still invited to install a simple link instead to
MIDI files from http://mysongbook.de/mtb/startune.html sequenced by © Ron Clarke
